The French Railways (SNCF) is preparing to launch its new loyalty program called Voyageur on May 31, 2012.
The new loyalty program Voyageur will be launched on May 31 by SNCF.
Members will initially choose among four possible states according to their movements: Voyageur (occasional travel), and Great Grand Voyageur Voyageur more (frequent travel) and the Grand Travelers Club (travel very frequently).
Members will be entitled to a loyalty card that will offer discounts of about 10% after 10 one-way trips and 20% over 20 trips per year.
According to their frequency of travel, members can enjoy other benefits (growing up with the number of trips) as vouchers for services the baggage at home, dining on trains ...
Frequent Flyer will only apply for long trips
TER trains, Transilien IDTGV and will not, however, be part of this program: only the long trips will be validated (excluding IDTGV).
It should be noted that for members of higher status, access to Grand Voyageur lounges will be available in certain stations.
